The Bonus Shop in Learn to Fly 3 carries different items than in Learn 2 Fly, and they level up in a similar fashion to the other parts used to create the spacecraft. However, when "selling" bonus shop items, no bonus points are returned, but the item can be re-bought and upgraded back up to its highest purchased level without spending any more bonus points. Effectively, one can "turn off" bonus shop items by selling them, and then turn them back on by re-buying them for free.

The golden items can be upgraded three times, increasing the limit to Max Level + 30, with extended upgrades, they can be upgraded by further seven levels to up the limit to Max Level + 100, some levels of most bonus shup items are down below:
