The Balloon Mk.II requires the Omega Catalog to be purchased in the Bonus Shop first. Then it is available in the Shop for $25000.

- The description of the Balloon Mk.II makes it explicitly known that the same person (or penguin, or someone) created the Air Balloon.
- This is the strongest boost available in Learn 2 Fly. In stark contrast, the Air Balloon is the weakest.
