"Lift-Off" is the strongest 4-shot boost, barring the Solid Booster as the Omega item.

Bug[]
All 4-Shot Boosts have this bug, but it is especially noticable on "Lift-Off". Sometimes, seemingly randomly, one of the charges will be regained. It appears to be based on how laggy the program runs, but essentially gives 5 charges or possibly more.
